Explore your opportunity

THE MARKET

Your operating history. A potential licensed asset.

AI developers may license records of real work to train or evaluate systems. The opportunity depends on a useful history, workable rights and current buyer interest.

THE SELLER

Your business

An operating company may hold project histories, service logs, decisions and outcomes that a buyer can use. The seller defines what it will consider sharing and approves any agreement.

THE BUYER

AI developers

AI teams may seek histories that show how experienced people solve problems, use tools and handle exceptions. Each buyer has its own requirements, evaluation process and permitted uses.

THE INTERMEDIARY

Data partners

Some companies license records from businesses, prepare them and provide usable datasets to AI developers. Others advise on transactions. Preparation, payment and contractual roles must be confirmed for each offer.

What is being licensed?

A defined set of records and agreed rights to use them. The arrangement may cover training, evaluation or another specified use. It is not a sale of your company or access to everything in its systems.

Licensing can preserve ownership of the underlying records while granting agreed usage rights. Scope, exclusivity, duration, further sharing and future deliveries belong in the agreement. Your counsel reviews what those rights mean.

From history to an offer.

Assess the opportunity

Describe the history, connected workflows and possible rights questions. Identify preparation requirements before committing resources.

Test buyer interest

Approach approved buyers with a scoped description. A relevant archive does not guarantee an offer.

Compare the whole deal

Review payment, success fees, preparation costs, workload, usage rights and execution conditions.

Agree and deliver

The seller approves the agreement. Preparation and delivery follow defined responsibilities, safeguards and acceptance terms.
