Copper Key collects the company and contact details, record descriptions and licensing history you choose to submit. Do not submit raw records, personal customer information or confidential documents.

How it is used

Information is used to assess potential fit, respond to your inquiry and manage follow-up. A submission does not authorize buyer outreach or disclosure of your records. Separate permission is required before presenting your business to a buyer.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored with the website hosting and database providers. The lead dashboard is restricted to an approved administrator. Service providers may process information to operate the website. Do not treat this inquiry form as a secure data room.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, use the opportunity form and identify your request. Copper Key will verify the request before acting. Inquiry information is retained for assessment and follow-up, and is removed when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.

Website operation

The hosting platform may process connection and security logs. Administrative sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Copper Key does not use this form to collect payment information or subscribe you to marketing emails.
